Primark for the cheapness and most of the time they have some pretty good stuff, especially if your looking for cheap shoes and accessories.
As for skinny jeans etc, try matalan, their getting pretty good nowdays.
or maybe even international, sorry if you dont have that shop where you are, they have it in Northampton.
Or try one of them cheap shops, like bay trading.
but becarful of the quailty whereever you go, you dont want to end up paying twice.

What about H&M? It’s not that much like Topshop, but it still sells nice stuff. Maybe you hate H&M, so what about River Island? Are you looking for something like a chain of stores, or a really specific one of a kind store?
